SHIPPING郵寄方法

香港:
貨品會用順豐寄出 運費總數會於結算時列出。

貨品一般會於確認付款後的兩個工作天內寄出。

預購貨品有可能因生產過程出現延誤,引至未能準時出貨。LAB將會個別通知。
貨品到港後,會再以電郵通知客人領取或已寄出。

店中自取貨品請於收到"領取通知"電郵後,於營業時間內到店自取。
如於通知後3個月內未取,貨單將會取消並不會退款。

所有通知均用Whatsapp或電郵聯絡,請留意電郵會否被置於垃圾郵件中。

 
中國地區(廣東、北京、上海、福建、四川、重慶、浙江、山東及天津):
2kg以下會以香港郵政寄出,2kg以上請使用轉運服務,
因順豐寄中國大陸十分麻煩,本店已取消相關運送選項。

澳門地區會用順豐速運。

海外:
日本及台灣會用掛號空郵寄出, 郵費會於結算時列出。
運送時間會跟據不同國家而有所不同。
貨品一般會於確認付款後的兩個工作天內寄出。
一切稅項會由買家自付. LAB不會為任何額外稅收付上責任.
所有報關的描述及金額均會如實申報.
如郵寄國家未有列出,請聯絡LAB查詢運費。

所有運輸上的延誤及遺失LAB不會負責,但會嘗試協助。

運輸時間為LAB控制範圍以外,延誤不能視為退貨或取消訂單的理由。

Hong Kong:

All items will be shipped by SF Express, shipping cost will be calculated at check out. 


Items will be shipped within 2 business days.

"Pick up at store" please pick up at store after receiving notification email. If items has not been pick up 3 months since email sent, order will be cancelled and will not refund. 

All notices will be sent by Whatsapp or email, please check your junk mail box if you cannot receive the email.

International:

To China (Guangdong, Beijing, Shanghai, Fujian, Sichuan, Chongqing, Zhejiang, Shandong and Tianjin)
Under 2kg by Hong Kong Post, above 2kg please use your own forwarder service. SF Express is not available. 

To MACAO by SF EXPRESS,

To Japan and Taiwan by Hong Kong registered airmail/EMS.


Shipping cost is calculated when check out.
Shipping time is varies depends on your country.

If your country is not list at check out, please contact us for a shipping quote. 

LAB  takes no responsibility for lost shipments although we will do our best to track them down.

LAB cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.


Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.   Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.   These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
