Terms of service

LAB所售賣之貨品為原廠正貨，並直接由代理商提供維修保用，LAB只負責零售，並非產品製造商或代理商。要求維修時，必須出示代理商之保用証及LAB之發票及其他代理商要求之文件。貨品保用及更換細則以代理商所訂定之保用證條款為準，一切維修保用問題，顧客須與代理商或製造商直接聯絡。

LAB is a retail of the product only, if customer needs to repair their item, please contact the manufacturer directly with LAB’s receipt and warranty card (if any).All the terms and condition is follow with the manufacturer.

Payment付款方式

所有貨品價格都以港幣為單位。

接受Paypal 付款。 如果香港顧客想用其他方式結算, 請電郵至 info@lab-collector-hk.com跟我們聯絡.

We accept Paypal. Paypal is strongly suggested, which will give you much more protection and secured. However, for Hong Kong customer who want to use other payment method, please contact us at info@lab-collector.com

SHIPPING郵寄方法

香港:
貨品會用香港郵政或順豐寄出, 視乎情況由LAB決定。運費總數會於結算時列出。

貨品一般會於確認付款後的兩個工作天內寄出。

海外:
所有貨品會用掛號空郵寄出, 郵費會於結算時列出。
運送時間會跟據不同國家而有所不同.

一切稅項會由買家自付. LAB不會為任何額外稅收付上責任.
所有報關的描述及金額均會如實申報.

Hong Kong:
All items will be shipped by Hong Kong Post shipping cost will be list ay check out.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days.

International:
All items will be shipped by Hong Kong registered airmail. Shipping cost is calculated when check out.
Shipping time is varies depends on your country.

If your country is not list at check out, please contact us for a shipping quote. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
“We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.” We Declare FULL VALUE On Customs Forms. We will not provide false information on custom forms so please do not ask us to.

RETURN POLICY退貨方法

以貨品交收日期為準，購物7 天內如產品質量由代理商檢查證實乃出廠缺點，顧客可更換相同型號之貨品，但更換之貨品必須包裝完整、沒有任何人為損毀及刮花痕跡、未填寫保用證 (如適用)，並只限更換相同型號之貨品。

更換貨品不包括古董物品、二手物品及個別指定產品。限期過後， 恕不更換。

All the terms and condition is follow with the manufacturer. We provide 7 days return and replacement service.Any products received within 7 days (count from Post Office tracking information) and defects are found and confirmed by the manufacturer is their fault. LAB would arrange for replacement of same product that customer ordered, with same quantity. (not include defects caused by careless use by the buyer, and still in original package.)This does not apply to vintage items, tableware, bota de vino JB, and any specific items. LAB will only replace the same product with same quantity, we do not accept money back.
