Pallares Solsona廚刀，高碳鋼刀刃，黃楊木手柄。經典的Pallarès設計。
高碳鋼輕身，刀刃比不鏽鋼可更長時間保持鋒利，每次用畢都需要立即清潔及擦乾，否則會生鏽。
有4種尺寸:
Extra Small - 9cm 刃長, 全長18cm
Small - 11cm 刃長, 全長20cm
Medium - 13cm 刃長, 全長24cm
Large - 16cm 刃長, 全長28cm

Each Pallarès knife is hand-fashioned from high-quality carbon steel and set with a boxwood handle. Made by a third-generation blade smith in the small town of Solsona, Spain.
The carbon steel blade is lightweight, and will hold it’s edge longer than a typical stainless-steel blade. It will develop a lovely patina with use.
Care: Keep the blade dry to prevent rust from forming on the blade. Wipe with a soft cloth after hand washing.

Extra Small - 9cm blade, 18cm full knife length
Small - 11cm blade, 20cm full knife length
Medium - 13cm blade, 24cm full knife length
Large - 16cm blade, 28cm full knife length
