Like the Pallarès kitchen knife, this is a forever piece made by a third-generation knife smith in the small town of Solsona, Spain, not far from Barcelona. Each blade is hand-fashioned from high-quality stainless steel, set with a boxwood handle, and stamped.
The stainless steel blade will not rush, but need to be sharpen more often then carbon steel.
Care:Keep the blade dry. Wipe with a soft cloth after hand washing.
